REGISTRATION FOR THE EXHIBITION AREA IS NOT POSSIBLE AT THIS TIME..

You will receive information in the form of two emails: the first announcing the imminent opening of registration and the second a second message formalizing the opening of the exhibition area.
Reminder: locations will be allocated in the order in which requests are received after the second email has been sent.

Registration fee increase of €60 after 5 September 2026
Cancellation fees
Up to 06/09/2026: refund of 50% of the total amount
After 06/09/2026: no refund will be possible

For more than 5 registrants from the same laboratory, the fee increases to €1,300, including for industrial exhibitors

For more than 2 registrants, the Organising Committee reserves the right to cancel the registration.
