Creating or bringing up to standard a Compounding Unitis a multi-disciplinary, complex, energy-consuming and often time-consuming project. In addition to pharmacotechnical and pharmaceutical knowledge and skills, this project requires the acquisition of knowledge of project management, architectural vocabulary and construction techniques that are far from our areas of activity, but which are necessary to successfully carry out this restructuring.
In this workshop, participants will learn about the key stages of the project, from design to installation.
3 parts will be covered
1. Designing the area: defining requirements and drawing up plans
2. Carrying out and monitoring the work: rereading the specifications, monitoring the site, etc.
3. Qualification and installation: IQ, OQ, removal, PQ, etc.
The different stages of project management will be described and the workshop leaders will share their experience with the audience.
Case studies and exercises will be used to encourage interaction and discussion.
