Workplace quality of life is now a major issue for hospital pharmacies facing challenges related to recruitment, staff retention and team engagement, in a demanding environment involving numerous risks that can have both physical and psychological consequences. Yet workplace well-being initiatives often remain fragmented, insufficiently visible, or difficult to implement sustainably.
Through a participatory workshop, participants will be invited to explore key drivers of well-being at work: rethinking ergonomics, optimizing day-to-day activities, fostering a culture of recognition, and improving attractiveness.
Drawing on concrete examples from the HUG Pharmacy as well as experiences shared by participants, this workshop will provide an opportunity to assess existing practices within the institutions represented, identify inspiring initiatives, and develop simple, realistic and transferable actions for production and hospital pharmacy environments.
Each participant will leave with concrete ideas to test in their own work environment, as well as a personal commitment to contributing to a collective approach to improving quality of life at work.
