A new Master’s course on pharmaceutical technology for hospital pharmacist residents has been built by two academic members of the GERPAC, Prof. Frédéric Lagarce and Prof. Crauste-Manciet. Objective of the master is to offer a specific and scientific academic background for future hospital practitioners on pharmaceutical technology including hospital processes, quality control, research and design of innovative formulations. The master was launched in September 2016 at Bordeaux University, France and will also be proposed in Angers, France. The two best students of the 2016-2017 promotion, from each group (applied research and fundamental research), still unknown at the time of the press release of this summary (defense on September 2017), will have the opportunity to present an oral communication of their work during the 20th GERPAC conference.
