  • Registration fees

      • These fees include: administrative handling costs, scientific conference, coffee breaks, lunches on October 2, 3 and 4 and evening dinners on October 3 and 4 2024.

  • Accommodation

      The GERPAC has booked the Belambra (where the conference will be held) and offers you accommodation on the spot.

      As a result of the success of the annual conference, a new building for accommodation, the "Riviera Beach", will be opened up for participants as soon as the initial capacity has been reached. This building is 3 kms from the conference site and there will be a shuttle service. We would invite you to register as soon as possible.

      You have two options for accommodation :

      • Single : 1 individual room with bathroom.
      • Shared : 2 individual rooms with a shared bathroom for 2 people.

      • Please specify the name and email address of the person who will be taking the neighbouring room

      • Please select the nights you wish to book

  • Transfers

      The Gerpac has booked shuttles to and from the airport of Toulon-Hyères and from the Toulon main line railway station to the Belambra on the Giens peninsula.

    • Dimensions : 1,4 x 0,7 m. 2400 € per table top.

Requisites

  • Table top registration does not include exhibitor’s fees. Individual registration fees must be paid for each exhibitor at special price.
  • Exhibitor must be present during all the organized coffee breaks; he is not allowed to exhibit during all the work sessions.
  • Exhibitor is responsible of installation and removing of his table top in respect of the hours stipulated above.
  • Exhibitor is not allowed to hang anything on the wall behind the table top.
  • Exhibitor is only allowed for presentation of little demonstration devices and is allowed to use computers.
  • The exhibition material must be included in the space provided (1.4 x 0.7 m) and must not exceed 1.5m in height and 1.2m in large.
  • Coffee breaks are provided by the Organizing Committee and will be held outside the exhibition areas.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to prohibit the access to any exhibitor who could be the cause of harmful effects : noise, flashes, presentation, or which could in a way or another to harm the serenity of the exposure.
